William Addis Abrell, 73, of the Millerfield Community of Adair County, KY passed away on Friday, October 1, 2021 at Taylor Regional Hospital in Campbellsville. He was born in Columbia, KY on May 24, 1948 to the late Ottis and Maxine Abrell.
He was retired from the Columbia Equipment Garage with the Kentucky Transportation Cabinet after 27 years of service. William was a member of the Millerfield Brethren in Christ Church. He enjoyed horseback riding, gardening, and spending time with his grandchildren.
In addition to his parents, he was also preceded in death by two brothers: J.T. Abrell and Larry Abrell; two sisters: Ora Lee Collins and Imogene McQueary; one daughter, Regina Ann Abrell; and one granddaughter, Emily Ann Abrell.

6 great-grandchildren: Ethan, Easton, Audra, Macy, Asher and Evelyn

Interment: Tarter Cemetery
