Tommy Shirrell, 72, of Campbellsville, KY was born in Adair County, KY on July 18, 1949 to the late William “Billcat” and Lenora (Wright) Shirrell. He departed this life on Friday, October 1, 2021 at the Taylor Regional Hospital.
He had made a profession of faith in Christ and attended New Journey Church. He was a 32 year employee of Fruit of the Loom, a manager at Save-A-Lot and a well-regarded home builder. After retirement, he was a driver for local car lots, moving vehicles to and from sale locations.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Lillie Mae (Corbin) Shirrell in 2011.

FUNERAL SERVICE: Friday, October 8, 2021 at 11:00amET in the chapel of the L.R. Petty Funeral Home, 1765 New Columbia Rd, Campbellsville, KY.
BURIAL: Campbellsville Memorial Gardens Cemetery
