Joyce E. McFarland, 68, of Jamestown, KY passed away Friday, November 12, 2021 at Fair Oaks Health Care in Jamestown, KY. She was born on Wednesday, October 21, 1953 in Franklin, Indiana to the late James Sowder and Doris Kirby Sowder (who survives) of Milford, Ohio.
Joyce was a nurses aid for home health.
Besides her father, she was preceded in death by 3 brothers: Roger, Ricky and Steve Sowder.
