Ruth Evelyn Stearns, 62, of Columbia, KY died Saturday, November 20, 2021 at T. J. Samson Community Hospital in Glasgow, KY. She was born in Louisville, KY on April 3, 1959 to the late James Martin and Vernie Mae Bushong Branham.

Ms. Stearns was of the Christian faith and enjoyed caring for her grandchildren, listening to gospel music and flower gardening.

3 children: James R. Branham, Kristy A. Tarter, and Tommy J. Stearns all of Columbia, KY

4 grandchildren: Natalie Stearns, Nicholas Stearns, Alyssa Stearns and Damien Branham

3 siblings: Henry Branham (Ruth) of Indiana, Stanley Branham of Indiana and Linda Fay Duvall (Danny) of Edmonton, KY

Several nieces & nephews

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by 10 siblings: Roy, Damon, Marty, Jim, Shelton, Jerry Wayne, Glen and Dorothy Branham, Patsy Kitts, and Pernie Holt.
