James Charles Kelsay, 77, of Russell Springs, KY died Tuesday, January 18, 2022 at Russell County Hospital. He was born May 23, 1944 in Adair County, KY to the late James Lester and Elzora Corbin Kelsay.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a sister, Mildred Fulkerson and 2 great-grandchildren.
He retired after 29 years with the Edinburgh, Indiana Police Department, a former firefighter and EMT in Edinburgh, attended Calvary Baptist Church and was currently employed by Stephens Pipe and Steel.

3 brothers: Albert Eugene Kelsay (Mindy) of Edinburgh, Indiana, Joe Todd Butler of Russell Springs, KY and David L. Butler of Columbia, KY
13 grandchildren & 10 great-grandchildren
