BARRY ALAN REEVES, 61, LEBANON, KY

 

Barry Alan Reeves, 61, of Lebanon, KY, died at Spring View Hospital in Lebanon on Monday January 17, 2022. He was born in Fort Knox, KY on March 8, 1960 to Donald and Eva Reeves. 

 

He had made a profession of faith in Christ and was a member of First United Methodist Church in Campbellsville. He graduated from Green County High School in 1979 and enlisted in the U.S. Army National Guard. Barry was most recently employed with 4M Building Products at TG Kentucky. 

 

Barry was preceded in death by his father, William Donald Reeves and stepfather, Thomas Curry.

 

SURVIVORS:

His mother: Eva Reeves Curry

3 children: Cara Grider (Jason) of Columbia, KY, Christy Rattliff of Lebanon, KY and Dylan Reeves of Hazard, KY

2 sisters: Tammy Reeves Davis (Jeff) of Greensburg, KY and Tara Reeves Nepper (Steve) of Fairlawn, Virginia

1 brother: Thomas Curry Jr. of Greensburg, KY

5 grandchildren: Charity Grace Matney, Leland Reeves, Zachary Reeves, JoJo Matney, and Michael Cortie

His fiancé: Catherine Marie Brown

3 aunts: Jane Fudge of Campbellsville, KY; Ruth (Gary) Larmon of Branson, MO; and Nancy Reeves of Springfield, MO

Several nieces & nephews

Walk-through Visitation: Sunday, January 23, 2022 from 5:00pm-8:00pmCT at Foster-Toler-Curry Funeral Home in Greensburg

 

The family is requiring that masks be worn when inside the funeral home.

 

Committal Service: Monday, January 24, 2022 at 11:30amCT at the Lebanon National Cemetery with full Military Honors provided by the Marion County Veteran’s Honor Guard

 

The family has requested expressions of sympathy be donations to Friends of Green River Lake or to the Green County High School Fishing Team. These can be made at the funeral home.

 

Foster-Toler-Curry Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
