James Perry Kelsay, 82, of Glens Fork, KY died Monday, March 21, 2022 at his residence. He was born on December 10, 1939 in Adair County to the late James Guy and Maude Harvey Kelsay.
Perry was of the Methodist faith and a very hard working family man. He was a logger by trade and enjoyed rabbit hunting and spending time with his family and friends.
In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by a step-brother, Charles Hadley.

3 sons: Jimmy Kelsay (Sharon), Timmy Kelsay (Janeatte) and Eddie Kelsay (fiancé Stacy Hertl) all of Glens Fork
1 daughter: Debbie Carroll (Richie) of Elkhorn
8 grandchildren, 3 step-grandchildren, 15 great-grandchildren, 2 step-great-grandchildren and 3 great-great-grandchildren
1 sister: Nola Smallwood (Jimmy) of Columbia
2 stepbrothers: Clifton Hadley (Alterine) and Claude Hadley (Donna), both of Columbia

Burial: McClister Cemetery
