Lowanna Stephens Tompkins, 80, of Russell Springs, KY passed away on Friday, June 17, 2022 at her home. She was born August 25, 1941 in Russell County, a daughter of the late Edgar “Shorty” and Luda Johnson Stephens.
Lowanna was a homemaker. She enjoyed working in her flowers and babysitting her grandbabies when they were young. Lowanna loved her family, especially her grandchildren. She lived her life each day as a testimony for Christ, that will remain in the hearts of her family and friends.
SURVIVORS:
2 daughters: Myra (Christopher) Ford and Katisha (Dewayne) Wilson both of Russell Springs
2 granddaughters: Anna Ford and Abigail Ford both of Russell Springs
1 sister: Judy (Kenneth) Hay of Jamestown
In addition to her parents, Lowanna was preceded in death by three infant siblings.
Graveside service: Will be held privately on Saturday, June 18, 2022 at Parks Ridge Cemetery with Bro. Ronnie Ford officiating
