Stanley C. Suffridge, 78, of Jamestown, KY passed away on Friday, July 29, 2022 at the Jean Waddle Hospice Care Center in Somerset, KY. Born on November 29, 1943 in Hazard, KY, he was a son of the late Stanley C. and Elizabeth Noble Suffridge.
Stanley served honorably as a Sergeant in the United States Marine Corps as a young adult. He retired after 30 years with General Motors and was a member of Fairview Baptist Church. Stanley was a loving husband, father and grandfather and known as an all-around great guy.

3 grandchildren: Haley Suffridge of Hamilton, Ohio, Heidi (Seth) Oakes of Jamestown, KY and Matthew (Caitlyn) Honaker of Lexington, KY
4 great-grandchildren: Titus Popplewell, Briar Oakes, Ava Pearson, and Bella Pearson
Funeral Service: Monday, August 1, 2022 at 1:00pmCT at Bernard Funeral Home with Bro. Bill Mullins and Bro. Steve Bennett officiating
Burial: Bernard Ridge Cemetery with full military honors by the Russell County Honor Guard
