Mary Margaret Hill, 92, of Buford, GA passed away Sunday, January 8, 2023 at her residence. She was born in Lula, KY on October 14, 1930 to the late Otha and Laura Bowlin Smith. 

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Horace W. Hill and 7 siblings: Lloyd, Arnold, Lawrence, Ira, Lucy, Gene, and Walter.

Mrs. Hill was a member of the First Church of God in Lafayette, IN and later attended Lake Wales Church of God in Lake Wales, FL before moving to Buford, GA. She enjoyed gardening, flowers, camping, spending time at their lake house and going out on the pontoon, the beach and spending time with her family and friends. She was a loving and caring mom, wife, and friend, and to know her was to love her.

2 children: Danny J. Hill and Juanita Hill Curry (J. Glen) both of Buford, GA

1 grandson: Bret W. Hill of Monticello, IN

Sister-in-law: Ruby Smith of Columbia, KY

Brother-in-law: Harold “Peck” Hill of Edmonton, KY
