Debra Anne Rooks Warren, 63, of Jamestown, KY passed away Sunday, March 12th, 2023 surrounded by her family at the Jean Waddle Care Center in Somerset, KY. She was born in Russell Springs, KY on October 31, 1959, a daughter of the late Mary L. (Skaggs) and George Rooks.
Debra was owner & operator of the Jamestown Laundry Mat as well as a school cook for many years, and a member of Fairview Separate Baptist Church.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by a sister, Bonnie Loy and a brother, Chester Rooks.

Visitation: Tuesday, March 14th from 5:00pm-8:00pmCT and Wednesday, March 15th after 8:00amCT at Fairview Separate Baptist Church
