David L. Kiefer, 59, of Russell Springs, KY passed away Wednesday, April 12, 2023 at the Jean Waddle Hospice Care Center in Somerset. He was born March 1, 1964 in Jasper, Indiana, a son of Otto F. and Dorothy “Sophie” Stevens Kiefer.
David was an employee of Fruit of the Loom in Jamestown for 27 years. He enjoyed woodworking and was known for the walking canes he handmade. He was skilled with his bow and arrow and was an avid gardener. David was such a loving person; showing his love for everyone.

2 sisters: Beverly (James) Davidson of London and Charlene (John) Lovill of Corbin
3 nephews: Nick Davidson, Aiden Davidson and Jim Tom Keen
David was preceded in death by his father, Otto F. Kiefer and three sisters: Marlene Kiefer, Brenda Swindell and Marcia Jones.
There will be no funeral service held at this time.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to Bernard Funeral Home to offset final expenses.
