Gary Lynn Curry, 68 of Columbia, KY (formerly of Greensburg), son of the late Lester Curry and Hazel Marie Burton Curry, was born on June 29, 1954 in Adair County and departed this life on Thursday, May 11, 2023 at his home.
He had made a profession of faith in Christ and was a member of the Greensburg Baptist Church. Gary was a supervisor for Dana Corporation for several years, and retired from United Citizens Bank as a Courier.

4 sisters & a brother-in-law: Jean Stargel of Columbia, KY; Judy & Jessie Bailey of Indiana; Beverly Veirs of Hodgenville, KY; and Sondra Curry Altman of Greensburg, KY
5 grandchildren; 1 step-grandchild; and 1 great-grandchild

Burial: Bennett Cemetery
Visitation: Sunday from 4:00pm-9:00pmCT and Monday after 7:00amCT at Cowherd and Parrott
In additon to his parents, he was also preceded in death by a brother-in-law, Roy Veirs and a nephew, Payton Altman.
The family as asked that expressions of sympathy take the form of donations to the Gary Curry Scholarship Fund and can be made at the funeral home.
