Marian June Anderson, 94, of Russell Springs, KY passed away on Thursday, August 24, 2023 at Russell County Hospital. She was born on September 16, 1928 in South Lyon, Michigan, a daughter of the late George A. and Viola Kreinbring Reed.
Marian was a retired law office legal secretary. She was a member of Prince of Peace Lutheran Church and the Order of the Eastern Star. Marian loved studying her family genealogy. She also enjoyed working crossword puzzles and making beaded jewelry.

2 children: Philip Anderson of Russell Springs and Catherine “Cathy” Anderson of Mulberry, Florida
3 grandchildren: Ricky Lee Anderson, Christina Marie Wright, and Maggie Star Anderson
A host of great-grandchildren, nieces, & nephews
In addition to her parents, Marian was preceded in death by her husband, Philip James Anderson, who passed away September 24, 2011; her grandson, Philip Grant “P.J.” Anderson, Jr.; and her brothers: George William Reed, and Robert Norman Reed.
