Edith Marie McQueary, 91, of Russell Springs, KY, passed away on Tuesday, September 5, 2023 at 5:29pmCT (while in the company of family) at the University of Kentucky Hospital in Lexington, KY. She was born in Russell Springs, KY on December 26, 1931, a daughter of the late Lydia Faye (Miller) and Elza Rowe Bernard.
Edith was a homemaker.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Leonis McQueary; a son, Billy McQueary; two brothers: Elvert Bernard and William Bernard; two sisters: Lois Elda-Ann Johnson and Edna Jane Handy; and a son-in-law, Anthony Hill.

4 sons: Ronald R. McQueary (Kathy) and Edward McQueary of Russell Springs, KY; Danny McQueary of Seminole, FL; and Matthew McQueary (Heather) of Lexington, KY
21 grandchildren, 35 great-grandchildren & 15 great-great-grandchildren

Interment: Lucinda Cemetery
