Jill Hughes-Sprowles, 46, of Russell Springs, KY passed away Thursday, November 9, 2023 at her home. She was born in Somerset, KY on February 9, 1977, a daughter of Anna (West) Hughes of Russell Springs, KY and the late Johnie Hughes.
She was a homemaker.
