Barbara Sue Foley, 75, of Russell Springs, KY passed away Wednesday, December 13, 2023 at her residence. She was born on September 4, 1948 in Russell Springs, the daughter of the late Arthur Anderson and Marie (Hale) Anderson.
Barbara was a long-time employee of Lake Cumberland Housing Agency, a member of Bethlehem Separate Baptist Church, and attended Hayes Chapel Community Church. She loved to cook and serve others and she never met a stranger. Barbara was an avid sports fan and a long-time member of the Russell County Homemakers.

7 grandchildren: Jacob (Sarah), Logan, Shelby, Johnathon, Colbie, Holly (Brandon) and Katelyn (James)
A host of great-grandchildren
2 sisters-in-law: Lavon Anderson of Russell Springs and Ruth Foley of North Carolina
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by four brothers and two sisters.

Interment: Bethlehem Separate Baptist Church Cemetery, West Hwy 80, Russell Springs, KY
