Mary Alice McDonald, 77, of Jamestown, KY passed away Friday, December 15th, 2023 at her home. She was born in Jamestown, KY on October 12, 1946, a daughter of the late Edith (Grider) and Thomas Bernard.

2 sons: Roy Sullivan of Crestwood, KY and Randy Sullivan of Jamestown, KY
Son-in-law: Jimmy Mullins of Eubank, KY
14 grandchildren & 21 great grandchildren

In addition to her parents, she was also preceded in death by 3 daughters: Karen Mullins, Francine Fortenberry, Linda Staples, and a granddaughter, Chloe Fortenberry.
