Janice Kay Bell Vine, 75, of Jamestown, KY passed away Saturday, January 27, 2024 at Fair Oaks Nursing Home. She was born in Jamestown, KY on March 20, 1948, a daughter of the late Lucille (Brown) and Joe Bell.
Janice was a homemaker and enjoyed spending time with her family.

4 grandchildren: Robert & Gianna Overstreet and Noah & Alena Brumley

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband of 34 years, Robert (Shorty) Vine, who passed away in 2012; five sisters: Alma Jones, Dorothy Wesley, Bessie Elmore, Mary Brown, and Anna Ray; and a brother, JD Bell.
