Eva Skaggs, 84, Jamestown, KY

 
Eva Skaggs, 84, of Jamestown, KY passed away on Thursday, February 1, 2024 at Russell County Hospital. She was born in Campbellsville, KY on October 22, 1939, a daughter of the late Claudine (McCubbins) and Ralph Mitchell Rodgers.
 
Eva was a homemaker and attended the Jamestown Nazarene Church.
 
SURVIVORS:
Her husband: Thomas (Ham) Skaggs of Jamestown, KY 
1 daughter: Penny (Stan) Schwarz of Prior Lake, MN
1 son: Kenny (Dana) Skaggs of Campbellsville, KY
Daughter-in-law: Cheniel Skaggs of Jamestown, KY
2 brothers: Bobby Rodgers of Campbellsville, KY and Jimmy Rodgers of Leitchfield, KY
13 grandchildren, 20 great-grandchildren, & 13 great-great-grandchildren
Other family & friends
 
In addition to her parents, she was also preceded in death by a son, Mark Skaggs; 2 sisters: Lorena Mann and Margaret Sapp; and 2 brothers: Mitchell and Billy Rodgers.
 
Funeral Service: Monday, February 5, 2024 at 10:00amCT at H.E. Pruitt Memory Chapel in Jamestown, KY with Bro. Jamie McCormack and Bro. Brian Fudge officiating
 
Burial: Campbellsville Memorial Gardens
 
Visitation: Sunday, February 4, 2024 from 5:00pm-8:00pmCT at the funeral home
 
The family requests memorial donations be made to the Jamestown Nazarene Church and can be made at the funeral home.
 
H.E. Pruitt Memory Chapel in charge of the arrangements.
