Avellino Cahatol Rara, 73, of Russell Springs, KY (formerly of the Philippines), passed away Monday, February 5, 2024 at Lake Cumberland Regional Hospital in Somerset, KY. Born August 2, 1950 in Impasugong, Bukidnon, Philippines, he was a son of the late Pedro and Modesta Cahatol Rara, Sr.
Avellino loved to work on cars and other machineries. He worked as a truck driver for years and later became a farmer and began growing produce. He enjoyed traveling, going to yard sales, and spending time with his family.

Burial: Divine Shepherd Memorial Gardens in Bulua Cagayan de Oro City, Philippines
