Matrie (Hill) Roach, 95, of Florida (a native of Adair County, KY) was born in Chance, KY on October 1, 1928, a daughter of the late Elic and Katie (Coomer) Hill, and died on Thursday, March 7, 2024.
Matrie spent most of her life in the Chicago area until relocating to Florida for the past 4 years.
She was married to the late Damen Roach and was a sister to the following siblings: Airie, Rosey, Cecil, Tommy, Ruby, Flossie, Chester and Hazel.
No words can express what a God loving, selfless, kind, woman she was. Matrie was loved by so many and will be dearly missed.
