Gladys McClure Carnes, 85, of Jamestown, KY passed away Wednesday, March 20 2024 at her residence. She was born on January 9, 1939 in Russell County, KY, the daughter of the late Stanley McClure and Verla Mann McClure.
She was a hairdresser and a member of Freedom Christian Church.

6 grandchildren: Morgan Dishman, Hunter (and Logan) Smith, and Jensen Carnes of Russell Springs, Chase Carnes of Lexington, Colton Carnes and Gage Carnes of Jamestown
5 great-grandchildren: Sailer Dishman, Tanner Dishman, Briar Dishman, Parker Smith and Riley Smith

Along with her parents, Gladys was preceded in death by her brothers: James McClure, Leon McClure, Stanley McClure Jr., Willis McClure, and Phillip McClure. .
