Arnold Walters, 77, of Russell Springs, KY passed away at his residence on Saturday, May 11, 2024. He was born August 2, 1946 in Jabez, KY, one of fourteen children born to Ollie and Lillie Tucker Walters. 
 

Arnold was a former employee of Knauf’s Fiberglass in Shelbyville, Indiana and Emerson Chair Manufacturing in Russell Springs. He enjoyed fishing and making furniture from pieces of driftwood. Arnold attended Ono Community Church. His family and friends loved him very much and will miss him dearly.

SURVIVORS:

3 sons: Darrin (Melinda) Walters of Columbia, Shane (Barbara) Walters and James (Jennifer) Walters of Russell Springs

1 daughter: Christina (Jerry) Bryant of Clarksville, Tennessee

3 brothers: Grady Walters of Shelbyville, Indiana, Richard (Ann) Walters of Somerset, and Eugene (Susie) Walters of Russell Springs

1 sister: Lois Dora of Greensburg, Indiana

Numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren

Many more extended family members

In addition to his parents, he was also preceded in death by three brothers: Leonard Walters, Ollie Walters, Jr., and Walter Walters; and six sisters: Elsa LaFavers, Nettie Morrow, Louise Morrow, Betty Robuck, Dorothy Walters, and Norma Foster.

Funeral Service: Tuesday, May 14, 2024 at 2:00pmCT at Bernard Funeral Home with Bro. Asa Wooten officiating

Burial: Holt Cemetery

Visitation: Afte 12:00pmCT on Tuesday at the funeral home
