Aliyah Marie Blevins, the 9-day-old infant daughter of Dakota Blevins and Adriana Perez of Russell Springs, KY passed away on Saturday, June 15, 2024 at the UK Children's Hospital in Lexington, KY.

Aliyah was preceded in death by her paternal great-grandfather, Dwight Gosser and her paternal great-grandmother, Joyce Blevins.
