Cynthia L. Pabey, 65, of Russell Springs, KY passed away Tuesday, June 18, 2024 at Russell County Hospital. She was born in Indianapolis, IN on January 12, 1959, a daughter of the late Ernest L. Brown and Judith Marie (Rigsby) Voils.
Cynthia was a homemaker.

4 sons: Michael Brown of IN; Jerry Brown of Lexington, KY; Jimmy Weston and Jason Weston of Russell Springs, KY
5 sisters: Teresa Brown of Myrtle Beach, SC; Doris Cundiff of Campbellsville, KY; Kimberly Morrison of IN; Eva Voils of Russell Springs, KY and Crystal Stilts (Bryan) of Greensburg, KY
3 brothers: Michael Brown (Lisa) of IN; Ernie Brown (Jessica) of IN; and Tommy Voils (Melissa) of Russell Springs, KY
18 grandchildren, several great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews, and other family & friends
In addition to her parents, she was also preceded in death by her stepmother, Joann Brown; a daughter, Peggy Conner; a son, Daniel Weston; one brother, Chester Voils, II; and 3 grandchildren.
The family chose care and cremation.
