Earl Ervin Kibler, 86, of Russell Springs, KY passed away Sunday, June 30, 2024 at Fair Oaks Nursing Home in Jamestown, KY. He was born March 17, 1938 in Battle Creek, MI, a son of the late Earl and Mabel Peters Kibler.
