James Houston Tarter Jr., 31, of Columbia, KY passed away Thursday, July 4, 2024 at the University of Louisville Hospital in Louisville, KY. He was born in Glasgow, KY on September 18, 1992 to James Houston Tarter Sr. of Columbia, KY and Teresa Mae Felty Wren (Charlie) of Morgantown, KY.
He was preceded in death by his grandfather, Johnnie Tarter.
Mr. Tarter was of the Christian faith. He enjoyed fishing, traveling, especially to the ocean, and spending time with his family and friends.
