Joyce Keltner, 80, of Indianapolis, Indiana, formerly of Columbia, KY, died Saturday, July 6, 2024 at her home. She was born September 27, 1943 in Adair County to the late Thurman and Jannie Smith Pike.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her brother, Bobby Pike.
Joyce was retired from RCA and while living in Adair County, attended Egypt Christian Church.
