Loretta Fletcher, 83, of Glensfork, KY passed away Friday, July 26, 2024 at her residence surrounded by her family. She was born in Adair County on April 22, 1941 to the late Coleman and Malchus Sparks Lewis.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Bobby Fletcher.
Mrs. Fletcher was a member of the Emory’s Chapel United Methodist Church and a former member of the Adair County Cattleman’s Association. She enjoyed working on the farm with her late husband Bobby and spending time with her family and friends, especially her grandchildren.

1 daughter: Renae Smith (Barry) of Glensfork, KY
2 grandchildren: Todd Smith (Melissa) of Ludlow, KY and Elisabeth Smith Madewell (Zach) of Columbia, KY
2 great grandchildren: Rory Renae and Remi Kay Madewell

Burial: Haven Hill Cemetery
Visitation: Sunday from 5:00-8:00pmCT and Monday morning until time for the service
