Ronnie Brandenburg, 71, of Knifley, KY died Sunday, July 28, 2024 at his residence. He was born June 9, 1953 in Dayton, Ohio, a son of the late Burton and Alma Tedder Brandenburg. 

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife, Darlene Bray Brandenburg on July 21, 2012; one brother, Kenny Brandenburg; and five sisters: Eillene, Violet, Donna, Judy and Barbara.

Ronnie was a founding member of the Knifley Area Volunteer Fire Department where he served faithfully, a member of the former Adair Search and Rescue, attended Knifley Christian Church, and was a Transporter for Adanta.

1 son: Lee Brandenburg of Knifley

1 daughter: Jennifer Owens of Knifley

2 brothers: Larry Brandenburg (Brenda) and Ricky Brandenburg, both of Ohio

1 grandchild: Cassie Richard of Knifley
