Charlene Sayers, 80, of Windsor, KY passed away Wednesday, August 7, 2024 at Ephraim McDowell Hospital in Danville, KY. She was born on Saturday, July 8, 1944 in Liberty, KY, the daughter of the late Grady Weir and Liffie Fair Weir.
