Roger Jasper, 75, of Russell Springs, KY passed away Monday, August 12, 2024 at Summit Manor Nursing Home. He was born on July 19, 1949 in Russell Springs, KY, a son of the late Ora and Norma Shepard Jasper.
Roger was a tool & die maker and was retired from Tecumseh. He was of the Baptist faith.
