Melvin Odell Wooten, 65, of Columbia, KY passed away Thursday, August 15, 2024 at Summit Manor Nursing Home in Columbia. He was born on October 16, 1958 in Corydon, IN to the late Jacob Odell and Mable Wheeler Wooten.
Mr. Wooten attended the Living by Faith Church and enjoyed riding around with his K9 companion “Molly”.

2 sisters: Marilyn Sneed (Bobby) of Columbia, KY and Doris Jean Bachman (Dave) of Indiana

His K9 companion: “Molly”
Several grandchildren, nieces, & nephews
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a daughter, Melinda Wooten and nine siblings: Ceclia, Priscilla, Patricia, Delores, Roger, Rodney, Marshall, Jacob Odell Jr., and Marvin Odell.
