Elmer Lee "Junior" Draper, 81, of Louisville, KY passed away on August 12, 2024. He was born January 2, 1943 in Columbia, KY, the oldest child of the late Elmer Lee Draper Sr. and Ocra Johnson Draper.
Elmer was a retired master welder from the old L&N Railroad in Louisville. It was known that he could weld anything other than the crack of dawn or a broken heart.
In addition to his parents, he was predeceased by his wife, Barbara and two siblings: Nancy Shirley Aiken and Roy Allen Draper.

3 stepchildren: Larry Morton, Leanne Greschel, and Danny Morton

Elmer requested there be no funeral service but to be reunited with Barbara in their cremation niche at Evergreen Cemetery in Louisville where they will rest together.
