Robert Rudy Hubbard, 75, of Russell Springs, KY passed away Friday, August 16, 2024 at the Jean Waddle Care Center in Somerset, KY. He was born September 2, 1948 in Cincinnati, Ohio, a son of the late Rudolph and Virginia Ashcraft Hubbard.
Robert was a proud veteran of the United States Air Force. He retired as a Captain after serving 22 years as a military police officer. Robert was then employed by the Nevada Department of Public Safety where he worked as a state police officer for 16 years. After retirement, he enjoyed spending his free time playing golf. To his family and friends he was considered a “great man” and will be dearly missed.

2 sisters: Linda (Tony) Wright of Jamestown, KY and Phyllis (Archie) Burton of Columbia
3 grandchildren: Hailey Hubbard, Robert Christopher Hubbard, Jr., and Wyatt Willis Perkins
Funeral Service: Saturday, August 24, 2024 at 1:00 PM at Bernard Funeral Home
Burial: Russell Springs City Cemetery with full military honors provided by the Russell County Honor Guard
Visitation: After 11:00 AM on Saturday
