Davis Bolin “B” Brockman, 87, of Columbia, KY passed away Friday, October 4, 2024 at UK Bluegrass Hospice Care Center in Lexington, KY. He was born on August 8, 1937 to the late Lewis and Matra Pearl Reynolds Brockman.
Mr. Brockman was a member of the Pollard’s Chapel Church, where he served as a Sunday School Teacher and Superintendent. He was a member of the Adair County Cattleman’s Association and a farmer, he enjoyed singing, hunting, fishing, going to the feed mill weekly in his 1950 Chevy truck and spending time with his family and friends.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by five siblings: Robert Brockman, Wallace Brockman, Charlie Paul Brockman (Tina Corbin Brockman), Edna Brockman, and Ruth Garmon (Russell); a sister-in-law, Mary Frances “Shorty” Smith Brockman; and a nephew, Alvin Lewis Brockman.
Funeral Service: Wednesday, October 9, 2024 at 11:00amCT at Stotts-Phelps-McQueary Funeral Home in Columbia with Bro. Victor Matney officiating
Burial: Cane Valley Cemetery
Visitation: Tuesday, October 8, 2024 from 4:00pm-8:00pmCT and Wednesday morning until time for the service
Pallbearers: Sam Brockman, Derek Brockman, Jake Brockman, Jeff Brockman, Phillip Garmon, Charlie Janes, James Brockman, and Bobby Brockman
