Joyce Allene “Joy” Cowan, 83, of Columbia, KY passed away Saturday, October 5, 2024 at her sister’s residence, with her family by her side. She was born in Vester, KY on October 4, 1941 to the late Robert and Cecil Burton Cowan.
In addition to her parents, she was also preceded in death by two sisters: Maxine and Shirley Cowan, and a great-great-nephew, Marcus Sheene.
Ms. Cowan was a member of the Bearwallow Church and formerly worked at Fruit of the Loom in Campbellsville for 26 years. enjoyed cleaning her home and spending time with her family and friends.
