Carrie Sue Roy Powell, 60, of Liberty, KY passed away on Monday, October 7, 2024 at her home. She was born on January 8, 1964 in Indianapolis, Indiana, a daughter of the late Wilbur Ray Roy and Rhea Sue Miller.
Carrie was formerly a cashier.

2 brothers: David Roy of Russell Springs and Chris Roy of West Chester, Ohio
