Travis Hale, 90, of Russell Springs, KY completed his earthly journey surrounded by his family on Friday, October 18, 2024. He passed from this life to his forever home with the Lord he so faithfully served for many, many years. Travis, affectionately known as Prock, was born August 19, 1934 to Leonard and Sallie Rae Hale, both of whom long preceded him in death.
He retired from the State Hwy Department after many years of service but was perhaps most well known for his fried fish at Coe’s Steakhouse and the numerous fish fries he hosted with his friend Terrill Stephens. A lifelong member of French Valley Church, his first love and priority was his Lord and Savior Jesus Christ, followed by his loving wife, Nadean Grider Hale, who also preceded him in death after 43 years of marriage.
In addition to his parents and wife, he was preceded in death by a granddaughter, Stephanie.
