Kay Stephens, 74, of Russell Springs, KY passed away at 8:50pmCT on Friday, November 1, 2024 while in the company of family, at St. Joseph Hospital in Lexington, KY. She was born in Russel Springs on January 2, 1950, a daughter of Alberta (Foley) Thomas of Russell Springs, KY and the late Donald Thomas.
Kay was a member of Bernard Ridge Church of God and a homemaker.

Funeral Service: Tuesday, November 5, 2024 at 11:00amCT at Bernard Ridge Church of God in Russell Springs, KY with Bro. Eric Richardson and Bro. Johnny Mark Dunbar officiating.
Visitation: After 4:30pmCT on Monday, November 4th and after 8:00amCT on Tuesday at Bernard Ridge Church of God
Interment: Stephens - Bernard Cemetery
