Charles Richard Chrisman, 87, of Taylorsville, KY passed from this life on Monday, November 4, 2024 at Baptist Health in Louisville, KY. He was born in Russell County on Friday, December 11, 1936, a son of the late Samuel Ray and Alma Katherine McDonald Chrisman.
He married Carol Bell on May 14, 1960. There were four children born to their union. Charles worked as a foreman for the General Electric Company. He and Carol had attended Keys Ferry Baptist Church for many years. Charles was a devoted Christian who loved to sing. He enjoyed watching UK basketball and wrestling; he loved working puzzle books and playing solitaire, and was a huge Trump MAGA supporter.

7 grandchildren: Shannon McCauley, Treva McCauley, Austin Chrisman, Carl Lucian IV, Katie Jo Poston, Kaden Chrisman and Mason Chrisman
8 great-grandchildren: Morgan, Brianna, Cienna, Brennan, Bryson, Silas Ray, August and Charlotte
Along with his parents, Charles was preceded in death by his son-in-law, Donnie Spencer and a special uncle, Alva Chrisman.
