Hugh Thomas “Tommy” Edwards, 63, of Columbia, KY passed away Friday, November 15, 2024 at his residence surround by his family. He was born in Lebanon, KY on November 8, 1961 to the late Hubert and Billie Jo Miller Edwards.
Tommy was of the Christian faith, worked for Egypt Construction Company and farmed. He was an avid sports fan and at the age of 10 years old competed and won the Kentucky State Pitch, Hit and Throw competition. He enjoyed dirt racing, riding his Harley, and vacationing anywhere near the water, but what he enjoyed the most was being a devoted husband and father and spending time with his family.

2 daughters: Lori Gabbert (Cody) of Sparksville, KY and Barkley Tupman (Nick) of Chance, KY
3 grandchildren: Harper and Aslynn Gabbert, Felix Tupman (& one on the way)
1 sister: Sara Corbin of Columbia, KY
Special brother-in-law: Rodney Burris (Cathy) of Prospect, KY
Several other friends & relatives
In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by a sister, Mary Margaret Blackwell.
The family honored Tommy’s wishes of cremation.

Visitation: 11:00am-1:00pmCT on Tuesday at the funeral home
