Frances Jeannette Montgomery, 87, of Columbia, KY passed away Sunday, December 8, 2024 at Jewish Hospital in Louisville, KY. She was born in Glensfork, KY on June 15, 1937 to the late Zeno and Ruby Loy Lawhorn.
Mrs. Montgomery was a member of the Shiloh Christian Church and enjoyed playing golf, reading, singing gospel songs, and spending time with her family and friends.
In addition to her parents, she was also preceded in death by her husband J.D. Montgomery and by two brothers: Kenneth and Donald Lawhorn.

3 daughters: Terri Burris of Columbia, KY, Sherri Crawhorn (Ralph) of Richmond, KY, and Robin Fletcher of Columbia, KY
5 grandchildren: Jeremy Burris (Tiffany), Shawna McCartney (Doug), Tara Franklin, Christopher Fletcher (Renee), and Cameron Fletcher (Lauren)
9 great-grandchildren & 2 great-great-grandchildren
2 sisters: Yvonne Marshall of Columbia, KY and Geneva Vance of Franklin, TN

Burial: Shiloh Cemetery
Visitation: After 10:00amCT on Thursday
In lieu of flowers, the family request donations be made to the Shiloh Cemetery Fund and can be left at the funeral home.
