Franklin “Frank” Lee Heath, Jr., 76, of Lakeland, Florida passed from this life on Monday, January 6, 2025. He was born November 26, 1948 in Indianapolis, Indiana, a son of the late Franklin Lee Sr. and Opal May Aldridge Heath.
He was a United States Army veteran, serving his country during the Vietnam War. Frank retired from Cosco (now Dorel) of Indiana. He was a man with an excellent work ethic; being mechanically minded, he was also skilled at woodworking and construction. Frank loved living in Florida and its beaches, especially Clearwater Beach. He loved visiting Disney with his family and was a Tampa Bay Rays fan. Frank was a Corvette enthusiast and enjoyed playing baseball. He was stubborn and strong-willed but loved his family dearly with his soft heart.

1 son: Anthony Heath of Lizton, Indiana
4 daughters: Sara “Nikki” (and Jason) Hall of Bowling Green, Lori Soliven of Indianapolis, Indiana, Belinda (and Jerry) Heath-Black of Lebanon, Indiana and Edie (and Michael) Foley-Thompson of Charleston, South Carolina
5 grandchildren & 5 great-grandchildren

Along with his parents, Frank is preceded in death by one brother and three sisters.

Burial: Owens Family Cemetery with military honors conducted by the Russell County Honor Guard
Pallbearers: Jason Hall, Jason Noel, Don McClure, Ethen Spencer, Michael Thompson, Jerry Black, Dustin Heath and Tony Heath
