Judy M. Back, 71, of Jamestown, KY passed away Monday, January 13, 2025 at her home. She was born in Russell Springs, KY on November 19, 1953, a daughter of the late Velma Jane (Ford) and Garland Johnson.
Judy and her husband owned and operated the Cookery Restaurant.

2 sons: Scott Back and Steve Back of Wadsworth, OH
3 sisters: Sheba Wooldridge, Lana Wheat, and Diane McFarland all of Russell Springs, KY
1 brother: Bobby Johnson of Columbia, KY
7 grandchildren
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by a brother, Jimmy Johnson.
Judy's wishes were to be cremated with no funeral service.
H.E. Pruitt Memory Chapel in Jamestown, KY is in charge of the arrangements.
