Shirley Gossage, 67, of Jamestown, KY passed away Sunday, January 26, 2025 at her residence. She was born on May 23, 1957 in Somerset, a daughter of the late Caleb and Helen Cooper Bernard.
Shirley enjoyed landscaping, growing beautiful flowers, and spending time with her pets. She had a green thumb and a knack to get almost anything green to grow. Shirley was a very caring, loving person who never met a stranger. She was selfless and always put the needs of others above her own. Her desire to care for others became a way of life when she returned to school and became a registered nurse. Shirley was multi-talented, and once she put her mind to something, she would be determined to find a way to get it done. She was a one-of-a-kind soul and will be dearly missed by her family and friends.
