Jeffrey G. Sparks, 72, of Columbia, KY passed away Saturday, February 1, 2025, at Good Samaritan Hospital in Lexington, KY. He was born in Columbia, KY on March 28, 1952 to the late W.A. and Claristine Richard Sparks.
Mr. Sparks attended the Cane Valley Baptist Church and was a veteran of the U.S. Army. He was a farmer and former employee of Summit Manor Nursing Home and an advocate for pet rescue with the Adair County Animal Shelter. He enjoyed watching wrestling, tinkering in his shop and spending time with his family and friends, especially his granddaughter, Willow.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by an infant brother, Larry Sparks, and brother/sister-in-law: Chester Taylor and Sharon Parson (Vernon “Bunny”).
Funeral Service: 11:00amCT Tuesday, February 4, 2025 at Stotts-Phelps-McQueary Funeral Home with Bro. Barney Taylor and Bro. Clay Scott officiating
Burial: Haven Hill Cemetery with military honors provided by VFW Post 6097
Visitation: Monday from 4:00-8:00pmCT and Tuesday until time for the service at Stotts-Phelps-McQueary Funeral Home
