Percy A. Fisher, 71, of Somerset, KY passed away on Monday, February 10, 2025 at Rockcastle Regional Hospital in Mt. Vernon, KY. He was born on August 26, 1953 in Camden, New Jersey, a son of the late Albert and Bernice Faddis Fischer.
Percy served as a fireman in the United States Navy and was a truck driver after leaving the Navy. Percy never met a stranger and was known by many as “Uncle Percy” for always being willing to help anyone in need. He always made his own path in life, had countless skills, and even more hobbies.

1 daughter: Ruth Krieg (and Steven Lashley, Sr.), of Somerset
4 grandchildren: Samantha (and Nicholas) Lawless, Sarah Krieg (and De`Andre Bray, Sr.), Thomas Krieg, and Alannah Krieg (and Alexander Montoya), all of Somerset
2 great-grandchildren: De`Andre Bray, Jr. and Daunte Bray
1 sister: Rebecca Krieg of North Cape May, New Jersey
Longtime friend: Ruth Ann Krieg
Cremation rites were honored by Bernard Funeral Home.
A private family ceremony was held near his residence in Kentucky on Tuesday, February 11, 2025.
