Glen Dale Burton, 78, passed away on February 17, 2025 at TJ Health Columbia in Columbia, KY. Born on January 14, 1947 in Kentucky, Glen was the beloved son of the late Elic and Lura Grant Burton of Adair County, KY.
Mr. Burton was of the Christian faith and enjoyed fishing, NASCAR racing, watching old westerns and spending time with his family and friends.

His bonus grandchildren: Hunter & Maddy Crowe of Columbia, KY
1 great-granddaughter: Khalani Rose Cole of Columbia, KY
He was preceded in death by his brothers: Nolan Burton, Clyde Burton, James “Booger” Burton, and Junior Burton, as well as his sisters: Lyda Cook, Betty Patterson, and Lorene Hadley.
Mr. Burton dedicated many years of his life working at a sawmill before becoming disabled. He will be remembered for his hardworking nature and the love he had for his family.
